Calibrated w/25 Darks, 40 Bias, 10 Flats using light box, CCD temperature was -20C & -15C. Image was taken over multiple nights from the dark sky preserve in Cypress Hills Sk, and from my backyard in Calgary.

Seldom imaged, Sharpless 2-129 is a very faint emission nebula lying 2.5° SSW of Alpha Cephei (Alderamin) and about 4.5° NW of its more often photographed neighbor IC 1396. In spite of the fact that the above image has a total exposure time of almost 7 hours, this nebula is only faintly recorded, attesting to its elusive qualities. This is why I required so much data to bring out the details. It is the longest I have recorded a single image to date.
